How To Apply:

• Prescribed application form for above posts may be downloaded from SBBUVAS's website (http://www.sbbuvas.edu.pk), and will be submitted along with demand draft (non-refundable) of PKR 4,000 for the S# 01 to 02 posts & Rs.3,000/ for S# 3 to 4, & Rs.2,500 for the S# 5 to 20 & Rs. 1,500 for the S# 21 to 29 posts & Rs.500/ for S# 30 to 36 in favor of SBBUVAS Sakrand.
• Candidates who are already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel with NOC from the employer and should submit the same along with the application. Such incumbents will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments.
• Age relaxation will be admissible as per Government Policy.
• Application form with full particulars along with attested photocopies of CNIC, Degrees, Pass & Marks Certificates from matriculations & onwards should reach at the office of the Deputy Director HRM, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Sakrand on or before 5th September, 2023.
• Incomplete applications as per the instructions mentioned above and/or late applications received after the specified date and time shall not be entertained/ considered.
• Candidates applying for more than one posts shall submit separate application forms with required documents complete in all respect.
• The University reserves the right to cancel advertisement as part or whole, increase or decrease number of post(s), or with holds the appointment or interview at any stage, without assigning any reason.
• Only eligible/shortlisted candidates shall be called for written test/ interview on the mailing address / Call letter.
• Canvassing or influencing any staff of the University in any manner will disqualify the candidate.
• The decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases.
• Applying for any post is not right to occupy the seat in any reason, complete procedure may be fulfilled and the University reserve the right to fill the posts as per need.
• Local Peoples (district Shaheed Benazir Abad only) will be considered eligible for the positions of BPS-02 to 05.
• Differently Abled Persons, Female, Minority quota will be admissible as per rule.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.
