The C&W Department of Punjab is on the way to have Joint financing from the Asian Development Bank and AllB for Project No. P54149-001-PAK to cover the cost of Punjab Arterial Roads Improvement Project PARIP) For this programme, the Project Management Unit (PMU) has established under C&W Department The Project Management Unit (PMU) invites applications from eligible and qualified individuals (Male/Female) on equal opportunity basis, Punjab domiciled, subject to the terms & conditions provided hereunder in this advertisement.

• Applications are to be submitted online on the Punjab Job Portal at www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk The last date for submission of application is 13-10-2023 till office hours.
• The committee constituted by the competent authority will determine the eligibility, suitability (through evaluation criteria) and subsequently interview.
• Only shortlisted candidate will be called for interview.
• The contract appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, project specific, non- pensionable & conferring no right for regularization.
• The contract appointment will be initially for Five (05) Year, which can be extended / reduced upto project period with the approval of competent authority.
• Offered Salary against each position is on lump-sum basis (included all allowances), with annual increment as approved in the PC-I.
• NOC of Government Servant is required. The in-service selected persons through open competition will be eligible for having project incentive allowance as will be determined by the competent forum.
• The Government incumbent who resigned or get retirement (voluntarily) prior to joining PMU will be considered marked based candidate and will be offered market-based salary accordingly.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience on the similar projects, working with Government Development Agencies, relevant overseas project experience, MDB funded project and enhanced qualification. Only post qualification experience will be considered.
• The age relaxation on the Government Rule has already been incorporated, therefore no further relaxation in upper age limit is admissible against all posts
• Incomplete applications shall be rejected summarily and only the short-listed candidates shall be intimated/call for interviews.
