TOR's for the following positions and jobs:

TORs OF TOURISM FACILITATION OFFICER

The Tourism facilitation officer (Internee) shall be responsible;

• To undertake research on behalf of ETPB on issues related to tourism promotion in shrines and related topics
• To collect historical information about the site.
• To communicate with visitors/tourists both in Urdu and English languages
• To take all measures at sites to facilitate visitors/tourists
• To develop and update feedback mechanism from visitors
• To promote the site for potential tourism through social media
• To maintain a visitor’s book and update on daily basis.
• To coordinate with tour operators in order to attract more tourists.
• To keep updated data of tour operators and effective coordination to promote the site
• To provide visitors data to upload on ETBPs website as per prescribed templates
• To develop social media campaign in the vicinity to attract tourists/visitors
• Suggestions to develop strategies on promoting religious/heritage tourism.
• Any other assignments assigned from time to time.

TORs OF LEGAL INTERNS

 Legal internees shall assist;

• To watch daily court cases pending in various courts of Law.
• To appear in court with ETPB’s counsel and intimate the progress of the cases on daily basis to the Law Branch, ETPB.
• To get the relevant record from the concerned Branches and ensure to file parawise in the court well before the time.
• To prepare and file early hearing application in the court in which cases are pending since long / last 06-months.
• To also in coordination with the counsel concerned and prepare a mechanism from those cases where the status quo has been granted since last 06-months and make a strategic effort for its vacation.
