• MBBS degree & detailed marks sheets of all professional examinations.
• PM&DC valid permanent Registration Certificate.
• Copy of Attempt Certificate.
• Copy of Distinction Certificate (if any).
• Copy of FCPS-I result.
• Copy of BLS, ALS, ACLS, PALS & ATLS Certificate (AHA certified).
• Copy of Soft Skills Workshop (if any).
• Copy of publications (if any) in approved journals from PM&DC/PubMed Indexed & HEC.
• Domicile Certificate.
• Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Three passport-size photographs duly attested front & back.
• Those having foreign qualifications are required to submit HEC/PM&DC equivalency certificate.
• Those candidates who have already completed two years of mandatory training in Medicine/ Surgery are eligible to apply for specialty training.
