• The Terms & Conditions of Service shall be regulated by Sindh Management Position Scales Policy, 2022.
• The Government Servants should apply through proper channel.
• Civil Servant selected shall take EOL or resign from the Government Service or seek early retirement, severing his/her connection / lien with their parent cadre / Department/ organization, etc., before joining the MP Scale Position.
• The Service shall not contribute towards G.P. Fund, Benevolent Fund, Group Insurance etc, and will not be entitled for said benefits.
• The family of persons being employed under Sindh Management Position Scales Policy, 2022 shall not be entitled for Financial Assistance in case of death of an employee.
• The service shall not be pensionable.
• The employee shall submit to the government an affidavit declaring their non-involvement in any other relevant business /join which may tantamount to conflict of interest. The applications without or incomplete documents shall not be entertained.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for the interview.
