Applications are required for the following posts only from Pakistani citizens. Only the candidates who have completed the prescribed period should submit the application on the prescribed form.

How To Apply:

Prospective applications should be submitted in the prescribed form along with educational credentials, National Identity Card, attested copy of domicile certificate and a recent passport size photograph.

Age limit is 18 to 30 years. Those belonging to Gilgit-Baltistan, Fata, Azad Kashmir, Sindh (R) Scheduled Caste and Balochistan will be given three years relaxation in death limit. Age limit for ex-servicemen is 45 years.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and interview. Test interview will be held in Karachi and Rawalpindi. Traveling expenses and daily allowance are not applicable for candidates.

Applications should be received on the prescribed form to the Senior Record Officer GS and C Record Cell, Directorate GHQ Rawalpindi on or before 17th June 2023.

Government employees should send application through their department. 10 The Department shall be competent to reject or approve the applications. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.

If the candidate is eligible for more than one post, then Separate Application is required for each post. At the time of test and interview original documents along with photocopy must be produced.

Successful candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
