Government Medical Colleges AJK MBBS/BDS Admissions 2023. Applications are invited from eligible (First Class State Subject) candidates for admission to First Year MBBS and BDS against reserved seats for AJ&K Nationals, Refugees 1947 and Refugees 1989 (conditions apply), in the Public Sector Medical/Dental Colleges of Pakistan (Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan & Sindh) and Public Sector Medical Colleges of AJ&K. Admissions will be made strictly on merit basis as per Admission Policy of AJ&K Government in vogue. Important Instructions:

• Candidates having different abilities are directed to appear before the specialist of their different abilities one-day advance (i.e 1" November 2023) of the schedule date disability board held at respective hospitals (ie CMH and AIMS)
• After notification and communication of decision of the Disability Board, appeal against the decision of Disability Board could be made to the Secretary Health, within five working days. No appeal shall be entertained thereafter.
• Any candidate found to have submitted forged/fake/fabricated documents or incorrect/false information shall be debarred from admission for a period of 7 years.
• Candidates are advised to enter their correct and active cell number and e-mail in their applications.
• Incomplete applications or those submitted in violation of the prescribed procedure shall be rejected. It shall be the responsibility of the candidate to submit complete application as per the given instructions.
• Candidates having foreign qualifications such as A/O Level, etc., shall have to upload the Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC otherwise their applications shall be rejected.
• The selected candidates are directed to deposit their original SSC & FSC Certificate/Result Card to the concerned college duly attested by IBCC.
• The scan copies of original required documents must be upload, scan copy of any photo state documents are not acceptable.
• Receipts of documents under-preparation (e.g., State Subject, Domicile, PRC, equivalence Certificate, etc.) shall not be acceptable.
• The Mangla dame affectees applied against Refugee 1947 quota must upload the proof duly signed by commissioner Mangla regarding Mangla dame affectees.
• No separate call letter will be issued to any candidate for Medical Board, persons having different abilities.
• Candidates are required to upload MDCAT results received from PM&DC.
• After the last date of submission of application, MDCAT Result, board results, increase in marks, any other document, shall not be acceptable.
• As per Admission Policy GOAJK, any candidate (AJ&K State Subjects), who is selected on Open Merit of any
  public sector medical college of Pakistan, shall avail that seat. He/She will not be eligible for AJ&K seat. If any violation found out, after admission, his/her admission will stand cancelled from the date of admission.
• The candidates declared successful for admissions in Medical Colleges of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and those of Pakistan, will submit their willingness on judicial stamp paper (Rs. 100/-), within notified time period. Admission of those candidates, who fail to accordingly submit their willingness, will stand cancelled and the next candidate from the merit list of the concerned district/category/unit, will be admitted in their place. (xvi) No candidate shall be eligible for foreign quota seats in the public and private medical and dental institutions unless, he holds a permanent foreign nationality or is an overseas (being a Pakistani citizen permanently resident in a foreign country) Pakistani, and who has studied and passed HSSC 12" grade examination or equivalent from outside Pakistan and is a resident of a foreign country at the time of applying for admission and possess a certificate from the institution last attended to this effect.
