As per Merit List provided by ETC after written test as on 22nd, 23rd & 24th September, 2023, the district/ institution wise interview of shortlisted candidates based on mean of the total marks in written test, are hereby scheduled as under in the office of Director Health Services Baltistan Skardu:- Shortlist of candidates for interview of each posts are displayed on the Notice Board of Director Health Services Baltistan.

How To Apply:

• Candidates already serving in Government Departments shall have to provide NOC from the respective department at the time of interview.
  Verified contingent staff will be preferred as per Government Rules/policy.
• Age relaxation will be given as per Government policy/Rule for the already working Govt. Employees, verified Contingent paid staff, Retired Arm Force etc.
• Disabled quota, minority quota and Women Quota of total allocated post of each category will be reserved as per Government policy/rules.
• Appointments on SPS base Position will be made for one year or till project life whichever is earlier subject to provision / release of fund from the competent authority and they have no right for claim of regularization of services at any stage.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
• Number of positions can be increased or decreased.
• Appointment order will be issued after verification of documents/diploma certificates from concerned provincial, ICT, GB & AJK medical faculty and PNC, if seemed necessary and the Department reserves the right to detach the candidate at any stage in case of provision of false documents/diploma certificates.
• Interview Day Instructions for Shortlisted Candidates
• It is Mandatory to bring Original & one set of photocopies of following documents:-
• 1.CNIC, 2. Roll No slip issued by ETC for each posts, 3. Matriculate & Higher Certificates, 4. Diploma from recognized Institutions, 5. Domicile of concerned District, 6. Candidates already serving in Government departments may provide NOC, 7, Disabled Certificate, 8. One color photograph and other documents (if any).
• Failing to produce the said documents, the candidates shall not be allowed to sit in the written test.
