HEC HAT Test 2024. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) via Education Testing Council (ETC) will conduct Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT) for award of all HEC scholarships and admission in MS/ MPhil and Ph.D Programmes throught a uniform, accessible, and transparent selection process.

How To Apply: 

• For online registration, visit: http://etc.hec.gov.pk.
• In case of difficulty during online registration, visit https://onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk/.
• Only SUBMITTED applications will be considered for HAT and applications in SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will not be entertained.
• Fee will be submitted through 1Link/1 Bill Invoice payment services with the generated consumer number.
• After depositing the fee through 1 Link 1Bill Invoice, click on Verify Online Payment on ETC Dashboard. The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The candidates must get queries/complaints resolved before the closure of the web registration portal. Queries/complaints handling beyond the registration deadline will be denied by the system due to logistics/security reasons.
