HEC LAW Admission Test (LAT) Islamabad 2023. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan is conducting Law Admission Test (LAT) for applicants desirous to get admission in five-year undergraduate LLB Degree Programme in  HEC/PBC recognized public and private sector universities/institutions and valid colleges affiliated with public sector universities in compliance with the directions of the Honorable Supreme Court vide its Order dated March 6. 2018 and Judgment dated August 31, 2018 passed in C.P.I34/2012.

How to Apply:

1. Please visit the following link: https://etc.hec.gov.pk for online registration. In case of any difficulty during the online registration, please visit onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk or visit HEC SeCretariat or contact HEC regional offices for guidance.
2. Application submission comprises of two steps; profile completion using “My Profile” section and application submission using “Law
3. Admission Test” link on menu panel in left hand side bar of online portal.
4. Only online SUBMITTED applications will be considered for LAT Test and applications in SAVE Or INCOMPLETE mode will not be entertained.
5. Test Fee of Rs. 1,250/- is to be deposited in Account No. 1742 7900 133401, Account Title: Higher Education Commission, Bank: Habib Bank Limited, Branch Code: 1742. Download bank Fee Challan while registering for the test at http://etc.hec.gov.pk. (Fee Challan is only available on ETC online registration portal).
6. All candidates are required to upload the Paid & Scanned Fee challan, duly stamped by an HBL branch, while completing the application form of ETC online registration portal to submit the application.
7. The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. The candidates must get queries/complaints resolved before the closure of the web registration portal. Queries/complaints handling beyond the registration deadline is denied by the system due to logistics/security reasons.
9. It is Mandatory to bring original applicant copy of paid fee challan on a test day along with your e original CNIC/original Passport, otherwise candidate will not be allowed to sit in the exam.
