• The ideal candidates should have a strong engineering background with experience in managing projects, supervising dye & would designing and manufacturing, managing professionals, liaison with Chairmen & strong communication skills to established linkages with industry, ability to provide leadership, strategic direction and vision to the oranization.
• Minimum 20 years of  working experience in engineering industry, with at least 10 years at senior management position.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• A master's degree in relevant business field such as Business Administration, Management, Economic of Finance.
• The appointment will be in accordance with the requirements of the State-owned Enterprise (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
• Applicant’s age should not exceed 60 year on the date of the application.
