KPK Cities Improvement Project (KPCIP) Internship Program 2024. Applications are invited from dynamic candidates for one year INTERNSHIP Program under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project (KPCIP), Local Government, Election & Rural Development Department assisted by the Asian Development Bank and being implemented in the five cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Abbott a bad, Kohat, Mardan. Mingora, and Peshawar The program is reserved for female candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for Internship:

Fresh unemployed graduates who are motivated, dedicated, self-motivated, and eager to learn are encouraged to apply for one-year long paid internships by meeting the following criteria;

• Fresh graduates who have completed sixteen years of education in the field of engineering, management sciences, social sciences, development studies and gender studies from HEC recognized universities and degree awarding institutions
• Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA or 60 % marks.
• Applicant must be Pakistani citizen and must have domicile of Peshawar/Mardan/Kohat/Mingora/Abbottabad.
• Age limit: 22 – 35 years.
• Applicant must not be availing the National Internship Program nor having full time job.

How To Apply:

• Applicants are advised to carefully read the instructions before filling the "Application Form" available on the KPCIP website i.e, (www.kpcip gov.pk) download.
• Duly filled, signed Application Form along with updated CV/Resume, attested copies of testimonials (CNIC, Degree, Experience Certificates (if any), Trainings/Courses, and other supporting documents) shall be submitted before closing date of application 
• Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted
• Applications sent online, by hand, submitted after the due date, incomplete application, and those without attested testimonials shall not be entertained 
• The placement of interns in various government/ semi-government, and or private organizations will be contingent upon the alignment of their academic disciplines with the functions of the respective organization.
• Selected interns will be obligated to commit to a full-time engagement with the designated organization. They shall adhere to the prescribed protocols, regulations, established by the pertinent organization, encompassing punctuality, adherence to office hours, and the maintenance of confidentiality.
• KPCIP will retain complete authority to place interns within WSSC concerned as per domicile deemed appropriate in the best interest of the internship program.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• The internship program is for one year only and will end on completion of one year period. 
• No TA/DA will be paid when called for a written test or interview.
• KPCIP reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of internees or cancel the advertisement due to exigency of situation.
• Candidate shall clearly mark the discipline applied for in the application form as well as envelope
• Complete application with required documentation must be submitted to Post Box No.747, Post Mall, University of Peshawar no later than March 30, 2024.
