Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites sealed bids from experienced and well reputed firms registered with income Tax and Sales Tax authorities of Government of Pakistan and on Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Hiring the Services for Management, Operations and Repair/Maintenance of HVAC System installed at the SYK Block, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad

How to Apply:

• The tender documents containing Scope of Work, BoQs and all other relevant details can be obtained from the following offices on working days during the office hours by submitting an application with a copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate and National Taxation Number Certificate along with Pay order of Rs 2000 (Non-refundable) in favor of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad:
• Bidding will be carried out by adopting "Two Stage-two envelope bidding" procedure as per clause 36 (d) of PPRA Rules-2014
• Proposals may be submitted to the above address by 28th Sept, 2023 by 1130 hours and technical bid will be opened the same day at 1200 hours at Mini Banquet Hall (SYKB), Ministry of Foreign Affairs in presence of representatives of bidding firms who choose to attend the same. Financial Bid opening date will be conveyed to the participants the same day. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to accept or reject all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
