Women Empowerment WEPP KPK Jobs 2023  Women Empowerment & Political Participation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (WEPP-KP) The WEPP-KP aims to increase the political empowerment and enjoyment of rights by women, particularly young and marginalized women and those at-risk in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), by pursuing improved gender responsive and inclusive systems of governments, democratic institutions and civil society organizations, nationally and sub-nationally, and increased and equitable participation of women in democratic processes and public life, particularly young and marginalized women. Through increased political empowerment, the rights, interests and needs of women, girls and other marginalized segments of the population will be represented in government laws, policies and programs, creating an enabling environment for the equitable distribution of and access to crucial resources, and contributing to the alleviation of poverty for women, men, girls, and boys throughout KP.

An international organization invites application for the  following position.

Position: M&E Officer

Location Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Main Responsibilities:

The M&E Officer will have overall responsibilities for monitoring and evaluation of all WEPP activities including developing tool, preparing reports and support the implementation of activities. in this full time role. the M&E Officer will work w ith team leader and GE Advisor to ensure that the projects identified outcomes.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Political Sciences or relevant area.
• 3-5 years working experience in Project Monitoring and reporting.
• 3 years of experience working on donor-funded development projects.
• ability to work individually, self-motivate and K take initiative, while being a team player with effective communication skills
• Fluency in English, Pashto, and Urdu
• Previous experience of working in or with district-level government offices is an asset.
