Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation Jobs 2024. The Management Training program is a one-year training contract and does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is on obligation on PMDC to offer regular employment to trainees on completion of the training period.

• Applicants meeting standard eligibility criteria mentioned above will be required to appear for a written test and interview.
• Selection will be made on merit basis, with 30% weightage on education marks, 40% on test assessment and 30% on interview evaluation.
• Selected candidates will be paid a lumpsum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/-.
• Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview/test.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
• The last date for submission of applications is 25.05.2024.
