PASSCO REQUIRES LEGAL ADVISOR

1. Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation Ltd. (PASSCO) is a Public Limited Company registered under Company Act 1913 (now Companies Act, 2017) & engaged in business of Purchase / sale of commodities under the direction of Ministry of National Food Security & Research, Government of Pakistan.

2. Applications are invited from suitable qualified & experienced Law professionals for engagement as Legal Advisor.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• LLB (preferable LLM / Bar at Law) from a well reputed National / International University.

Advocate High Court/Supreme Court with atleast 10 years practice. Age 40 to 55 years.

A citizen of Pakistan. Located in Lahore.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates having practice in the Field Borporate Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law,

Labour Laws, Service Laws, Reven Daws and Taxation Laws shall be preferred. • Shall remain available as & whequired by PASSCO to get expert opinion on legal Matters.

• Experience of

• Understanding of Govt. Legal Procedure. • Excellent Communication skills both spoken & written.

• Experience of vetting legal documents and agreements/contracts.

• Ability to meet work deadlines & handle multiple concurrent/activities.

PAY PACKAGE:

Monthly remuneration negotiable.

• The initial retainer-ship period shall be for a period of six months extendable on the Performance.

DURATION AND TERMINATION:

The appointment will be on contract basis to be terminated on one month prior notice by either party. 3. Application along with relevant documents must reach the office of General Man
