General Instructions

1.Please fill the application form properly with complete and correct information.
2. Fill Bank Deposit Slip which can be obtained from designated Banks Branches and attaches original paid deposit slip with application form.
3. Fee can be submitted via Internet Banking ATM/Mobile Apps or through Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, UBL Omni etc, to Bank Account. Please write down Transaction ID on Application Form.
4. The applicants are required to deposit Rs. 800/-(non-refundable).
5. Fee shall be submitted one of the following banks with Account Title: NIMIN Human Resource HBL Ac No. 23287901679003 or Faisal Bank Ac No. 3420301000003901 Please scan this form and send it via mail to HR@NIMIN.PK
