• All candidates are required to submit one set of all documents including application form, copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates and experience certificates along-with recent passport size photographs. In all cases, certificates from the employers must support statement of experience. Application must be accompanied with bank draft or bankers' cheque of Rs.3,000/- (nonrefundable) in favour of University of Gwadar.
• Candidate already in service of a govt./semi govt. department or an autonomous body must apply through proper channel.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• Applications received after last date will not be entertained, even though posted before the last date. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
• Age relaxation can be considered on the basis of experience and according to rules.
• Applications must be sent to the office of Registrar University of Gwadar by hand or by courier services. Application for "Project Director" must be written on the envelope.
• Interested individuals who meet the eligibility criteria can obtain Application Form from Registrar's Office, University of Gwadar or download it from University's website: www.ug.edu.pk/career;
• Last date for submission of application for the post is Monday 15th July 2024.
• Short-listing of the candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by university.
• The University reserves the right not to fill/withdraw advertised post/ withheld appointment against the post for reasons to be recorded.
