Wafk Ur Rashid Scholarship Open For University Of Peshawar 2023. Sardar Abdul Rashid Khan as a young man was very compassionate and kind. He entered the police service at that time in Pre-Partition India. It was then the Indian police service. He was amongst the highest police officers at the Rank of DIG in 1947. Sardar Abdul Rashid, because of his love for the people, and for his desire to give as much as he could to the Country, for law and for the human rights, was so dearly loved, that in 1953 he was nominated to become the 8th Chief Minister of the Frontier Province.
