1️⃣ Grievance Redress Officer

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 15 years of education in Public Administration, Political/Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in grievance redressal, citizen engagement, or complaint management.
