The Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, has officially announced new job openings for its project titled Directorate of Provincial Healthcare Service Monitoring & Evaluation System. These contract-based positions are being offered under the Punjab Government’s Recruitment Policy 2022, providing excellent career opportunities for skilled individuals across the province.

Applications are being accepted through the National Testing Service (NTS). This initiative aims to strengthen data monitoring mechanisms within public health facilities by hiring Monitoring Assistants and Surveillance Assistants.


Available Positions in M&E Project 2025

Surveillance Assistant (PPS-05)

  • Total Posts: 50
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Graduation in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (HEC recognized, Second Division)
    • OR Graduation in any discipline + 3–6 month diploma in computer applications

Monitoring Assistant (PPS-04)

  • Total Posts: 220
  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Graduation (14 years) with at least Second Division
    • 1-year verifiable experience in data collection/survey from a recognized organization
    • OR Ex-serviceman with at least 1-year experience in data collection in health or education sectors
    • Motorbike driving license is mandatory

Application Procedure via NTS

  3. Choose two preferred districts for Monitoring Assistant
  4. Send the following to NTS via courier:
